GIN: Old Growth Cedar
Taste the Cedar of the Coastal Temperate Rainforest in this unique, small batch gin with an unmistakably distinct texture.
This 90 (ish) proof Gin is a treat for the senses, guiding you through Western Canada's Old Growth Rainforest from the comfort of your cocktail.
We use the same 10 botanicals as our Traditional West Coast Gin, then pack our gin basket full of actual Western Red Cedar Tips! The result is uniquely west coast and demonstrates how much of an impact just one botanical can have on the flavour profile and texture of the spirit.
Because our Gin is non-chill filtered, don't be alarmed if a little Tofino Fog rolls into your glass when adding ice or putting your bottle in the fridge. It's totally cool!

GIN: West Coast
Traditional West Coast Style Gin. Our take on this classic is well rounded with a blend of floral, woods and citrus notes. A truly inspiring cocktail gin that stands up well with any mix.
Known historically for its medicinal qualities, the Spirit boasts quite an illustrious past. We at the distillery have enjoyed learning and producing our own so much, it was no surprise that it has grown to become a true favourite out here on the coast.
Based originally upon a traditional dry style Gin, we have created a botanical bill with a simple 10 varieties that expresses itself well regardless of its accompaniment. At 90 (ish) proof, this beauty is a true Cocktail Gin with a charming mouthfeel, loads of flavour and a well-balanced finish.

LIQUEUR: Beach Fire
Our one and only "Beach Fire" cinnamon spirit is a truly unique product made from our bourbon base, drawing inspiration from some more commonly found cinnamon style products.
This lighter alcohol spirit is distinct, pulling its sweetness from the high corn mash as well as the addition of organic cane sugar, while delivering all the warmth and astringency of real organic cinnamon.
Originally designed to be passed around the bonfire, it also doubles as a flask-filler on the ski hill because it's great as a straight up sipper.
In the winter months it can be added to hot apple cider or hot cocoa and even some hibiscus iced (or not) tea.
It can also be an interesting addition to any tiki-like cocktails with pineapple or orange, however it's versatile enough to be swirled into a white russian, or added to a traditional old fashioned or iced coffee for a hint of cinnamon sweetness.

LIQUEUR: Limoncello
This nod to the classic Italian liqueur does not stray far from its inspiration. A precise combination of organic lemons and cane sugar come together to create this distinctly lemon-yellow tipple.
Using only the zest of the lemons makes this liqueur bright but not tart, while the organic cane sugar allows for a natural sweetness and creates a velvety texture.
Traditionally served neat and well chilled before or after a meal, Limoncello can also easily be the star of a cocktail for anytime of day. Showcasing its versatility, it also makes for delicious desserts. A local Tofino patisserie uses this one in macarons and cakes. Though for a culinary treat that requires less preparation, one can simply drizzle Limoncello over vanilla gelato.

Using locally roasted Certified Organic coffee beans from Creekmore's Coffee in Coombs, we have infused our premium vodka to create a new take on a commonly enjoyed spirit with even more robust and authentic dark roast coffee flavour.
This flavoured vodka is distinguished in its category by its full bodied 40% ABV and zero added sugar, making it excellent for any traditional coffee flavoured cocktails like shafts and white russians, as well as in your favourite Espresso Martini!

An authentically well-balanced mixture of heat and fresh Jalapeño flavour sets this Vodka infusion apart from any others in its category.
We use real Jalapeños to infuse our premium Vodka and afford the peppers as much time as necessary to achieve the unique balance.
