This agreement outlines the terms and conditions of the Slack Tide Membership program, offered by Tofino Delivery. By subscribing, the Member agrees to the following:

You are enrolling in one of the following Slack Tide Passes:

🔥 Unlimited — $99/month
(1 delivery/day, up to 30/month)
💪 Hard Charger — $50/month
(8 deliveries/month)
🌱 Weekly Warrior — $30/month
(4 deliveries/month)
💳 Recurring Payment Terms

By subscribing, you authorize Tofino Delivery to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis for the plan selected above.

Payments are securely processed through Square and will occur every 30 days from your signup date.

You may cancel your membership at any time with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice before your next billing cycle.

No refunds will be issued for partially used months or missed deliveries.

On-demand delivery from Tofino to Cox Bay

Meals, groceries, pharmacy runs, and light errands

1 bonus birthday delivery per year

🎂$10 referral credit for each friend who signs up

The following services are not covered by your membership and may incur additional fees:

Extra stops ($5 each)

Non-partner restaurant pickups ($5 loyalty fee)

Long-distance runs (Airport, Golf Course)

Vacation rental deliveryPersonal shopping (15% service fee)

Deliveries are available during regular service hours: 12 PM – 8 PM, Tuesday to Saturday

Minimum delivery value: $10

Memberships are non-transferable and intended for individual use only

Abuse or misuse of the service may result in cancellation at Tofino Delivery’s discretion
